When will my items ship?

All orders should be shipped within 1-5 days. Delays may occur if products need to restocked, if you preorder, or during high order volume periods. Thank you for supporting our small business!

When will the item I want restock?

Aspen Collective merchandise is created in unique-sized and usually small batches. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESTOCKS. If you love an item, we recommend making purchases ASAP due to high sale volume and small inventory. Stay up to date on our Instagram page for alerts, new drops, and restocking!

How do I return or exchange?

We do not allow refunds are this time as this is a small business with limited stock and high sale volume (this applies for both ONLINE AND IN STORE sales). Thank you for your understanding and support!

Within 7 days of original purchase, unwanted item(s) may be returned for store credit only, pending the unworn/perfect condition. Items need to be sent back to Aspen Collective's HQ (click here) with the order # & email. Once received, we will process your store credit & at that time, you may repurchase the item wished to be exchanged for, or hang on for exciting new drops!

What if my item arrives damaged?

Every item is fully checked before shipped to customers and placed in stores for sale. Every order is individually & carefully wrapped and packaged by our team. However, in the chance that something is damaged in your package, please contact us info@shopaspencollective.com and we will do our best to make it right for you!
